The lighting of the picture and shading are perfectly placed s the top left corner is where the light is most likely coming from and the bottom right corner is where the shadows would be coming from. Though, with the white sparrows glowing, are they supposed to give off lighting onto her as well since they do look like they are glowing? Or was that supposed to be some form of border?
Everything in this picture is correct and I can't find anything else wrong with it. c: Keep up the good work and I am going to watch you after seeing this piece because of how incredible I believe it is.
First of the overall concept of this, though sad, sounds like it would be great. I would love to see a manga for this.
Next the overall originality of the piece. I think it was a wonderful idea to make this. It's just such a beautiful picture to look at. You have come up with a brilliant idea, miss.
After that come the technique in the work. I think your technique was absolutely wonderful. The piece as a whole is stunning. Your coloring, your shading, the clothes, the hair, everything is just executed so well. Great job in that!
Lastly, the impact the piece had on me. When I first saw this artwork, I had to take a good look at everything to let it all sink in. And then when I read the quote, my eyes started to water. What i'm trying to say is that it had a big impact on me. To not have the slightest freedom, that would be horrible.
So all in all, this is a wonderful piece of art you have made. You should be proud of yourself. Wonderful job!
